Delete your PetWorld Society account

PetWorld Society is published by NokNokware for World Pet Society. You can delete your account and associated community data at any time.

How to delete your account (in the app)

1. Open PetWorld Society and sign in.
2. Go to Me (settings).
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. This permanently removes your profile, pets, friends, and chat from the community.

If you cannot open the app

Email the developer at the contact published on World Pet Society Official and request account deletion. Include the email address used to sign in.

What we delete and what we retain

Account deletion removes your PetWorld Society profile, registered pets, photos stored for the community, friendships, and chat tied to that account.

We may retain limited records required for legal, security, or payment-review reasons (for example a GCash payment reference already processed) for as long as those obligations last, then delete or anonymize them.

This cannot be undone.
